TERMS GOVERNING
THE USE OF OUR SERVICES AS A PRINTING.COM FRANCHISE.

Web design services are also governed by our terms and
conditions. Each project has a contract agreed between the
client and Delta Design before work commences.

Delta Design provides shared hosting accounts
using our Webfusion reseller account. This has proved to
be a cost effective and reliable service for webhosting
and email accounts. However, Delta Design cannot be held
responsible for failures outwith our control. We act as
a point of contact to all our Webfusion customers and raise
issues on their behalf but under no circumstance can we
be held responsible for any loss of earnings as a result
of Webfusions/Pipex failure to provide 100% uptime on their
virtual servers.
The internet and customer broadband connections
are also outwith our control and any failure to connect
or receive or send email should be thoroughly investigated
by third party service providers either before contacting
us or simultaneously so that we can help to resolve the
problem as swiftly as possible.
Failure to renew domain names is known
to cause website outage and email failure. Please ensure
your domain name renewal is managed correctly and that you
know when it is going to expire.
We recommend that you take ownership of
your own domain name by creating a 123-reg account and transferring
your domain name to it. You are then responsible for its
renewal but you will avoid costly administration fees.
